Martyn qualified from Cardiff University in 2008. After completing his vocational training year in Caerphilly, he undertook an Oral Surgery SHO position in the Royal Gwent Hospital, advancing his surgical skills in this area of dentistry.

Martyn has worked at Whitehouse Dental Clinic since January 2022, treating private patients. He prides himself on offering a wide variety of treatments to his patients, meaning that they benefit from both complex and simple options depending on what best suits them.

Away from dentistry, Martyn has a busy family life bringing up his two sons with his wife. In his spare time though, he enjoys football and keeping fit.
